We ensure the quality of services through constant monitoring and control
It is not enough for us to simply provide assistance - it is important to ensure that each service meets international humanitarian standards and truly helps people in difficult life circumstances. That is why our team regularly carries out monitoring visits to the regions where the project is implemented.
As part of monitoring visits, we:
- Assess the quality of service provision — check whether services meet the stated standards and beneficiaries’ needs
- Collect feedback — communicate with people who have used our services, learn about their experiences and suggestions
- Analyze effectiveness — investigate which approaches work best and where improvements are needed
- Identify new needs — learn about challenges that may require additional attention or changes in approaches

Recently, our team conducted a monitoring visit to Sumy region, where we met with local partners and beneficiaries of the project. During the visit, we assessed the quality of work of mobile teams, the effectiveness of the provision of humanitarian and cash assistance, and the work of specialists in combating gender-based violence.
Such visits allow us to respond quickly to changes in community needs, improve our working methods and ensure the same high quality of services in all regions of the project.
Monitoring is our responsibility to the people who trust us in the most difficult moments of their lives. We must be sure that we are doing everything possible for their well-being and recovery.
Monitoring visits are carried out within the framework of the project “From Vulnerability to Strength: A Comprehensive Protection Initiative”, which is implemented by the 100% Life NGO in partnership with the Sustainable City Development Agency NGO with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
